Blue / green stains in a toilet bowl?.?

No matter how hard I try, or what product I use that I can remove these stains the toilet bowl. Vertical stripes really are. Also the same type of spots and / or accumulation of presents around the bathroom sink faucets. I heard that This could be due to high copper levels in H2O. Just moved to a new house with and H2O. Do not know how to remove this material.
