What do you envision for a new vehicle in Green?
I can imagine a wind turbine car? The turbines built on the grill or the sides like a jet engine. The wind somehow push the pistons up and down with the wind. pressure relief valves used for excess pressure. It also creates electricity for the electric car. It would only take a small amount of gas to start the car. Once the car is in motion and the fans are on the move, it would switch to wind turbines. Out of the box. The compressed air can generate power for tools power.

Can I attach a car battery to a wire electric fence only by drivers?
The battery pack I got by an electric fence has no room for a car battery in it and is not rechargeable. It seems more reasonable for a car battery. "I can connect the cable with the wires? Do I have to cover it in some way to protect from the rain? Thank you for answering. Oh I see, of course, must have a pulse! Not sure if I can connect with original box.
You do not need a charger that makes the load pulse. A battery will not do that. Battery powered fence chargers do not work very well or last long. You should get one that plugs into the wall. They are much cheaper than powered battery chargers.

They might be the future, but currently cost about 10 times the cost of a normal car and have a range of half a normal car. Batteries to get much cheaper and much better than not see an EV. GM and Toyota are saying they could do in 2010. GM, Toyota, Honda, Ford and all tried in the 90s and not because of cost and scope. Suspect to be longer than two years for a practical EV.
