Unexpectedly, the results showed a strong majority for the current president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The ‘hand counted’ results were announced only hours after polls had closed. After campaigning and celebrating just the week before, the people took to the streets again, to protest. They reject the stolen election. However, their government has cracked down hard. Peaceful protests have been infiltrated by agents trying to incite violence and panic. Government-backed Basij militia terrorize the population, especially at night. Dozens have been killed already, bludgeoned to death or shot. Many have been arrested and disappeared. Phone and internet service in Iran is sporadic and heavily filtered. Satellite dishes, computers and phones have been confiscated or destroyed in raids. Reporters have been confined to their hotels or sent home. This has been going on for days now. Iranian state TV has only been showing lies, propaganda and staged videos. They paint the image of isolated pockets of young dissidents, influenced by foreign powers …

Can Australia sustain, while economic growth is beyond their Kyoto emissions targets?
I was wondering if any of these thses issues such debates on the network or notes to Australia. Some argue that the current objectives of Kyoto ratified it doesn't go far enough always arguing against those who suggest that even more impact and damage the economy. If Australia can make the green economy but this feasible and possible, even to do while going beyond the Kyoto targets, and without affecting small businesses that may not have access to this green technology.
Very good question I think. Kyoto is quite easy for us to get. Due to the huge concessions that insisted on (I still I can not believe that we have, Our aim was to increase 108% in 1990!), Even the Howard government would not be so far away. But if you question is can we do beyond the Kyoto targets, 60% reduction by 2050 … I think it will be difficult, and I do not think we see the same kind of prosperity into the future – but that this case will anyway. As agriculture continues to dry, and as the mining boom comes to an end once the global factors such as the U.S. slowdown and then global taxes carbon begin to reach the final at stake – Australia will have a hard time trying to keep growning as we have been. And that's even without any conditions weather-related disasters occur either. If handled right (that's a question too large), then a shift away from coal / etc is not necessary ruin us. You can change a good chunk of our power generation to natural gas without too much pain, and if you believe it or not the increase of renewable energies MASSIVE from really make a difference. Base load? Gas – and perhaps a re-structuring of industrial production schedules to align more with the generation the times of peak power. Again, it is not easy – but it goes both ways. I'm glad we at least will be working to fill the hole instead of digging deeper …

Help with immigration in the U.S.? Green Card Information please!?
Well, my dad half-sisters have been granted citizenship in the United States and has been living there as an ex-war hero for some years, and we would like to live there. We have the same mother, we're apart of, and have different fathers. Can I get a green card through his father? I know she will be able to she is 19, and I have 17 We would like go in July this year, and attended community college and university once we are there (yes, I know I can ask the community colleges for an F1 visa, but I will not be able to make the deadline this year because of the cost of it) I'm going in November then for the spring semester. For God's sake keep your shit man panties
You can get a green card through his father, but not the other parent. The person who is the daughter of the people (their half sister) can work toward obtaining citizenship, and then the sponsors for a green card. However, HRT would take some years. But while all this is in process, you can go the the U.S. with a college visa. If you can not make the fall semester, you can go for spring. Why do you think a green card would be any cheaper?
